• I would like to order some fragrances, what should I do?
There are two ways to order fragrances:

• Are fragrances included in the monthly price of my rental agreement?
Yes, fragrances are part of the rental agreement. They will be supplied as needed. We send on average, 2 bottles every 3 months.
• Can I rent a diffuser for a short period, such as for a specific event?
We don’t rent diffusers by the day, but you can sign up for a contract of a minimum of 24 months. Our products are also available for sale.
• What are your delivery times?
For delivery in France, allow 3 working days after receipt of the order. International orders are dispatched one week after payment is received.
• I don’t live in France, but I would like to order from you. How do I go about this?
The selling price includes delivery fees for France. For international orders, the customer must pay the delivery fee.
• May I change fragrances during my rental contract period?
Yes, all you need to do is contact customer service on +33 (0)5 62 57 63 25. You can change fragrances as often as you wish.
• I would like to create my own olfactory identity, my fragrance signature. Is this possible?
Certainly, you can use your own fragrance or we can create your olfactory identity for you. However, our laboratory will need to carry out several preliminary tests. We will first check that there are no contra-indications for health and safety, and that the products can be legally diffused. Then we will test the fragrance and check the olfactory effect.
• I organise temporary exhibitions, symposiums and seminars. Do you have fragrances to go with such events?
Certainly, we have fragrances adapted to all your communications such as scheduled events and promotional operations.

• I have a problem with bad smells in my shop. Do you have any solutions for covering them up?
Better than covering them up, we have a genuine bad odour destroyer. This product destroys the bad smells at source, particularly body odour, tobacco, cooking and organic smells.
To treat the problem thoroughly, we can also supply a solution for treating the air in your environment using our air purifier.
• How do your diffusers work – are they electric?
Our diffusers work on regular 220/240 volt mains supply.
• How long does a bottle last?
This depends on your particular usage (permanently switched on, or programmed hours) and the environmental context in which the diffuser is used (ceiling height, nearby ventilation, etc.).
However, you can generally assume that one bottle will last between 6 and 8 weeks.
• Does the fragrance burn?
No, the equipment uses micronisation to diffuse the fragrance. The liquid fragrance is transformed into micro-droplets that remain suspended in the air.
This diffusion technology is perfectly ecological: it avoids the risks of toxic emissions associated with the combustion of fragrances and there are no greenhouse gases involved.
• Where should I install my diffuser?
You must install your diffuser on the ground wherever possible. However, there are no absolute rules regarding its location. To be sure of finding the best position, it is a good idea to try out the diffuser in various places in your work space.
• Can I connect my diffuser to the air conditioning?
Of course you can do it. Please contact our technical department for installation instructions.
• Can the diffuser be hidden or made to blend in with its surroundings?
Certainly, there are two options for concealing your diffuser:
- By using a cover. We have 4 models: beech, white, wenge wood and aluminium.
- By placing the diffuser in a store room and connecting a tube. You can also place it behind a door or a piece of furniture.
